Incredibly pleased with this company & their customer service! I wrote a post on the Bellevue Biz fb page looking for a locally owned AC business as the fan on the outside AC unit had quit working over the weekend. I did this Tuesday morning. I received several recommendations & decided to start with this business. I called & left a message Tuesday late morning. Sally called back within a couple hours & booked an appointment for a service technician to stop by my house on Tuesday from 3:30-4. The service technician arrived around 3 & was finished by 3:40. He fixed the issue with the fan & also installed a new thermostat inside. I didn’t get his name but he was very friendly, helpful, & answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this business for your AC needs & will use them again on the future if needed.

CS Solutions is fantastic and should be anyone’s first call for heating and air needs. After working with chains and big companies in the past and always feeling neglected and like corners were cut- we went to CS and it was a total 180. This shop cares and the people give great service and show a level of attention to detail that makes us feel safe and confident. Our units are aging as they’re original to the house- but CS is honest and never tries to upsell. We respect them and will never switch companies again as long as Sally is still there! Always a pleasure to work with, and Thomas is about the nicest HVAC guy we’ve met. Thanks again!

Chris is fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. I am so glad we trusted Solutions to install our new high efficiency furnace and AC. His prices were far more reasonable than Thermal and the dedication he offers to his customers, is second to none. Trust them.
